Ingredients
- •1 scoop (30 g) whey protein
- •250 ml toned milk, cold
- •1 ripe banana
- •1 tbsp (15 g) peanut butter
- •4 to 5 ice cubes
Method
- 1.Everything in the blender.
- 2.Blend 60 to 90 seconds until completely smooth.
- 3.Drink. Rinse the blender now, not tonight.

Freeze ripe banana slices in a box. Frozen banana makes it taste like a milkshake with zero added sugar.
