Whey Banana Peanut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30 g) whey protein
  • 250 ml toned milk, cold
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) peanut butter
  • 4 to 5 ice cubes

Method

  1. 1.Everything in the blender.
  2. 2.Blend 60 to 90 seconds until completely smooth.
  3. 3.Drink. Rinse the blender now, not tonight.

Freeze ripe banana slices in a box. Frozen banana makes it taste like a milkshake with zero added sugar.
