Pricing questions
Is there a minimum commitment?
I recommend at least 3 months, because that is where lasting change shows up. Longer commitments simply cost less per month.
What equipment do I need?
Whatever you have. I build your program around a full gym, home dumbbells, or bodyweight only.
What do the plans actually differ on?
Every plan includes a custom workout and nutrition plan. The higher tiers add more frequent check-ins, faster feedback, and closer access to me.
What if I travel or get sick?
Life happens. We adapt the plan. There is no penalty for real life, which is the whole point of having a coach.
