1. Agreement

By accessing fitcodelab.com or using the FitCodeLab app and coaching services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

FitCodeLab provides online fitness coaching, personalized training and nutrition plans, daily and weekly check-ins, and progress tracking through a web application. Coaching is delivered by Shwetang.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Not medical advice

FitCodeLab provides fitness and nutrition coaching, not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own health decisions.

5. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Payments

Coaching plans are billed at the rates shown on our pricing page. Longer commitments may be offered at reduced monthly rates. Fees are payable in advance for the chosen period.

7. Cancellation and pauses

You may pause or end coaching by contacting us. We accommodate genuine life circumstances (travel, illness) without penalty. Refunds, where applicable, are handled case by case.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, source code, design, content, programs, and all associated materials, is the exclusive property of FitCodeLab and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission. See our LICENSE for details.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitCodeLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Results depend on individual effort and adherence and are not guaranteed.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
