Chocolate Protein Mug Cake
Ninety seconds in the microwave, 20 g of protein, and it kills the 10pm chocolate craving without opening the biscuit cupboard.

Ingredients
- •1 scoop (30 g) chocolate whey
- •2 tbsp atta or oat flour
- •1 tbsp cocoa powder
- •1/4 tsp baking powder
- •1 tbsp curd + enough milk for a thick batter (about 60 ml)
- •Few dark chocolate chips on top (optional)
Method
- 1.Mix everything in a large mug into a smooth, thick batter. Scrape the bottom corners.
- 2.Microwave 60 to 90 seconds. Stop when the top is just set; it keeps cooking in the mug.
- 3.Eat warm, straight from the mug, like a civilised person.
