Greek Yogurt Fruit Parfait

Ingredients

  • 200 g plain Greek yogurt (or thick hung curd)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 apple or 1 kiwi, chopped, plus a few berries if you have them
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats, dry-roasted on a pan for 2 minutes
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. 1.Stir the honey into the yogurt.
  2. 2.Layer in a glass: yogurt, fruit, yogurt, fruit.
  3. 3.Top with the toasted oats and cinnamon just before eating so they stay crunchy.
