Ingredients
- •2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- •1.5 tbsp (22 g) peanut butter
- •1/2 scoop (15 g) vanilla or unflavoured whey
- •1 small banana, sliced into coins
- •1 to 2 tbsp milk
- •Pinch of cinnamon
Method
- 1.Whisk the peanut butter, whey, and milk into a smooth, spreadable cream.
- 2.Spread it thick on the hot toast.
- 3.Top with banana coins and cinnamon. Done.
