Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1.5 tbsp (22 g) peanut butter
  • 1/2 scoop (15 g) vanilla or unflavoured whey
  • 1 small banana, sliced into coins
  • 1 to 2 tbsp milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. 1.Whisk the peanut butter, whey, and milk into a smooth, spreadable cream.
  2. 2.Spread it thick on the hot toast.
  3. 3.Top with banana coins and cinnamon. Done.
