Ingredients
- •2 slices whole wheat bread
- •4 tbsp besan (gram flour) whisked with water into a thick batter
- •80 g paneer (low fat), crumbled
- •1 small onion and 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- •1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, salt
- •2 tsp oil
Method
- 1.Whisk the besan with water, turmeric, salt, and half the chopped onion and tomato into a thick batter.
- 2.Dip each bread slice so both sides are coated.
- 3.Pan-toast in the oil on medium heat until golden on both sides.
- 4.Top with crumbled paneer mixed with the remaining onion, tomato, and chaat masala.
