Ingredients
- •1.5 cups moong sprouts (about 150 g)
- •1 small onion and 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- •1/2 tsp chaat masala, pinch of red chilli, salt
- •Juice of half a lemon
- •Fresh coriander, chopped
Method
- 1.Steam or microwave the sprouts for 3 to 4 minutes so they stay crunchy but lose the raw edge. Or use them raw if you prefer.
- 2.Toss with onion, tomato, spices, and lemon juice.
- 3.Finish with coriander. Eat immediately while it is fresh.
