Ingredients
- •150 g hung curd
- •1 small clove garlic, grated; salt, pepper, pinch of chilli flakes
- •1 tsp olive oil on top
- •1 cucumber + 1 carrot, cut into sticks
Method
- 1.Whip the hung curd with garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- 2.Drizzle the oil and chilli flakes on top.
- 3.Dunk the vegetable sticks. That is the whole recipe.
