Hung Curd Dip with Veggie Sticks

Ingredients

  • 150 g hung curd
  • 1 small clove garlic, grated; salt, pepper, pinch of chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp olive oil on top
  • 1 cucumber + 1 carrot, cut into sticks

Method

  1. 1.Whip the hung curd with garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. 2.Drizzle the oil and chilli flakes on top.
  3. 3.Dunk the vegetable sticks. That is the whole recipe.
