Paneer-Stuffed Moong Dal Cheela

Ingredients
- •80 g yellow moong dal, soaked 3 to 4 hours (or overnight)
- •60 g paneer (low fat), crumbled
- •1 green chilli, small piece of ginger
- •1 small onion, finely chopped
- •1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cumin, salt
- •2 tsp oil, fresh coriander
Method
- 1.Blend the soaked dal with chilli, ginger, turmeric, and salt into a pourable batter.
- 2.Mix the crumbled paneer with onion, coriander, cumin, and a pinch of salt for the stuffing.
- 3.Spread a ladle of batter thin on a hot oiled pan. Cook until the edges lift, flip for a minute.
- 4.Fill with the paneer mix, fold, and serve hot with green chutney. Makes 2 cheelas.
