Roasted Masala Peanuts
Dry-roasted peanuts tossed with chaat masala, chilli and lime. Crunchy, salty, and a genuinely filling snack because peanuts are mostly protein and fat, not empty carbs.

Coach’s note
Portion this into small boxes, roughly a quarter cup each. Peanuts are healthy but calorie-dense, and the whole jar disappears very easily in front of a screen.
