Mango Protein Mousse
Thick Greek yogurt whipped with ripe mango and vanilla whey. Tastes like aamras cheesecake, logs 24 g of protein.

Ingredients
- •150 g plain Greek yogurt (or hung curd)
- •1/2 scoop (15 g) vanilla or unflavoured whey
- •100 g ripe mango, cubed (plus a few cubes to top)
- •1 tsp honey (optional, if the mango is tart)
- •Pinch of cardamom
Method
- 1.Blend half the mango into a puree.
- 2.Whisk the yogurt with the whey until completely smooth, then fold in the puree and cardamom.
- 3.Layer into a glass with the remaining mango cubes on top.
- 4.Chill for 15 minutes if you can wait. It sets thicker.
Coach’s note
Off mango season, swap in banana or strawberries. The yogurt-whey base works with any fruit.
