Chocolate Peanut Protein Balls

No-bake energy balls from oats, peanut butter, whey, and dates. Two balls kill the chocolate craving with 14 g of protein.

Ingredients

  • •80 g rolled oats
  • •2 scoops (60 g) chocolate whey protein
  • •4 tbsp (60 g) peanut butter
  • •6 to 8 soft dates, pitted
  • •2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • •2 to 3 tbsp milk, only as needed to bind
  • •Pinch of salt

Method

  1. 1.Blitz the dates into a paste. Add oats, whey, cocoa, peanut butter, and salt, and pulse until it clumps.
  2. 2.Add milk one tbsp at a time until the mix holds together when pressed.
  3. 3.Roll into 8 balls. Refrigerate 30 minutes to set.
  4. 4.Store in the fridge for up to a week. A serving is 2 balls.
