Ingredients

  • 2 small ripe bananas, sliced and frozen overnight
  • 1 scoop (30 g) chocolate whey
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 to 3 tbsp cold milk, only as needed
  • Optional: 5 g dark chocolate, chopped, on top

Method

  1. 1.Blend the frozen banana slices, scraping down the sides, until they turn creamy. It looks crumbly first, then flips to soft-serve. Be patient.
  2. 2.Add the whey and cocoa with a splash of milk and blend just until combined.
  3. 3.Eat immediately as soft-serve, or freeze 30 minutes for a scoopable tub.

Coach’s note

Keep a box of frozen banana slices in the freezer permanently. Ice cream is then always 5 minutes away, and it never has to be the 350-calorie tub kind.
