Paneer Frankie Roll

Street-style frankie: spiced paneer, onion, and mint chutney rolled tight in a roti. Tastes like the stall version, logs 26 g of protein.

Ingredients

  • 120 g paneer (low fat), cut into fingers
  • 2 rotis or 1 large whole wheat wrap
  • 1/2 tsp each: chaat masala, red chilli, garam masala
  • 1 small onion, sliced; few cucumber batons
  • 2 tsp mint-coriander chutney, 1 tbsp curd (whisked)
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

  1. 1.Toss the paneer fingers with the spices and pan-sear in the oil until edges brown.
  2. 2.Warm the roti on the same pan. Spread the chutney and whisked curd.
  3. 3.Line up the paneer, onion, and cucumber. Roll tight, wrap the bottom in foil.
