Paneer Frankie Roll
Street-style frankie: spiced paneer, onion, and mint chutney rolled tight in a roti. Tastes like the stall version, logs 26 g of protein.

Ingredients
- •120 g paneer (low fat), cut into fingers
- •2 rotis or 1 large whole wheat wrap
- •1/2 tsp each: chaat masala, red chilli, garam masala
- •1 small onion, sliced; few cucumber batons
- •2 tsp mint-coriander chutney, 1 tbsp curd (whisked)
- •1 tsp oil
Method
- 1.Toss the paneer fingers with the spices and pan-sear in the oil until edges brown.
- 2.Warm the roti on the same pan. Spread the chutney and whisked curd.
- 3.Line up the paneer, onion, and cucumber. Roll tight, wrap the bottom in foil.
