Grilled Paneer Sandwich
Crisp toasted sandwich stuffed with spiced paneer and vegetables. A proper office lunch that hits 26 g of protein.

Ingredients
- •100 g paneer (low fat), grated
- •3 slices whole wheat bread (or 2 large)
- •1 small onion, finely chopped; 1 small capsicum, finely chopped
- •1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp red chilli, salt
- •2 tsp green chutney
- •1 tsp butter or oil for grilling
Method
- 1.Mix the grated paneer with onion, capsicum, and the spices.
- 2.Spread chutney on the bread, pack the paneer filling in, and close the sandwich.
- 3.Grill or toast on a pan with the butter until golden on both sides, pressing lightly.
- 4.Cut diagonally. It travels well wrapped in foil for an office lunch.
