Ingredients
- •150 g Greek yogurt or hung curd, chilled
- •1 tsp honey
- •1 cup chopped fruit (mango, banana, apple, or berries)
- •1 tbsp roasted nuts or seeds, crushed
- •Pinch of cinnamon or cardamom
Method
- 1.Whip the yogurt with the honey until glossy.
- 2.Top with the fruit, nuts, and spice. Eat cold.
